Missing Tables from Venue

'I can't retrieve Table 9 from the restaurant. Can you please check why?'

'An app has advised they can't see table 9 on their display.   Please push through the data'

 

To troubleshoot, login to the Doshii dashboard and locate the venue in question.

If the venue does not appear from the name in the ticket, it may be obtained via the App subscriptions list or POS venues list, depending on who is requesting help.

Once the venue is obtained, check their table listings to confirm what data Doshii has.

You can also check the last time we received tables information via the Health page for the venue.

 

 

If the table/s are missing, it means these have not been sent by the venue's POS.  This kind of support ticket needs to be directed to the POS technical support.
